Could somebody tell me the last date that you can transfer between two alliance teams?
Also is it possible to end all ties with a club in any way if you no longer wish to be signed on?

Thanks
Crapello

Transfers last up until February. Not sure what u mean about ending ties, if u don't play for Foxes no more then u are still registered for them until someone else comes along

Cheers mark, by ending ties i mean that i havent played for foxes this year but signed on pre season. I would prefer not to be signed on to a team so my name could be given when illegal players play.

Not saying this has happened or will but it could.

i guess you could have a word with Morley to see if your registration could be cancelled, but once you make the transfer, problem solved!

To clarify

County Competition Rule 12 (f) states

No player shall be allowed to play for more than one Saturday Adult club, one Sunday Adult
club, or one Youth/Junior or one Girls club that is competing during the current season in
their respective Competition.Members of the team may be changed during the series of
matches, thus allowing bona fide member of the Club to be promoted from a team which has
participated in a lower rated Competition.

In summary - a player can only play for one club but within that club may step up, but cannot step down between teams

The same principle applies in Alliance Cup Competitions

For the Moore, Foster and Stokes Cup

3. A player who has played for one club in any one of these Competitions may not play for any other club in any of these Competitions. A player who has played for a first team in any of these Competitions may not subsequently play for any other team of the same club in any of these Competitions.

For the Walton Cup

5. No player may play for more than one club within the same Competition in each season. A player may not play in this Competition having already played for a more senior team in his club.

In summary - a player can only play for one club in the Moore/Foster/Stokes but within that club may step up, but cannot step down between teams in any competition.
A player can only play for one club in the Walton but within that club may step up, but cannot step down between teams in the competition.

However

The Moore/Walton/Stokes on one hand and the Walton on the other are treated independently for player eligibility.

A player could play for a first team in the Walton but could not then play for the reserve team in the Walton but could play for the reserve team in the Foster/Stokes.

Equally a player could play for the Reserves in the Walton and then for the first team in the Walton and also the first team in the Foster/Moore, assuming he has not already appeared for the reserves in the Foster/Stokes

A player who transfers will be cup tied for his new club in the Walton if he has played for his previous club in the Walton.

Separately he will be cup tied for his new club in the Moore/Foster/Stokes in he has played for his previous club in any one of these competitions.

Any doubts on Player eligibility for Alliance Cup Competitions should be referred to me prior to the game. Naturally it helps greatly if you keep a record of which player has played for which team in Cup Competitions.
